Coffee & Culture: Australia-Themed Recap
The IEEC held its fourth Coffee & Culture of the semester, Australia themed! We enjoyed some popular Australian snacks! Those interested in studying away in Australia or those just interested in learning more about the people, culture, and landscapes that make Australia joined us to share their experiences and learn about the study away programs available!
IEEC Goes to Pottery in Petaluma Recap
On Friday, March 3rd, IEEC enjoyed an afternoon designing and painting pottery in Petaluma! IEEC went to Family Tree Pottery and glazed some pieces where they also introduced us to their studio pig! Afterward, we went to Crooked Goat Brewery in Petaluma and had a yummy dinner! This was a great chance to meet with friends and spend some relaxing time doing something creative and fun! Coffee & Culture This Week: Italy
Thursday, March 9th from 12-1PM at International Hall 107
Join the IEEC for Coffee & Culture on March 9 to discuss everything Italian! Learn about the opportunities available to study away there as well as the people and landscapes of Italy! Those from Italy, who studied away in Italy, and those interested in Italy or studying away in Italy are invited to share their experiences and learn about Italian culture! Study away location-themed Coffee & Cultures take place every week and are an opportunity for international students and anyone interested in studying away to meet and share experiences.

WIVA Program Highlight: NALCAP

Want to learn Spanish whilst experiencing the culture of Spain? The North American Language and Culture Assistants Program (NALCAP) allows American college students and graduates to partner with elementary and secondary schools in Spain to support language programs as language assistants teaching the English language and the culture of the United States under the supervision and guidance of teachers in Spain.
