IEEC Welcome Event
Welcome Event 9/23/21 12-1 PM, Outside by International Hall
The IEEC’s Welcome Event is coming up quickly! Join the International Education Exchange Council (IEEC) on Thursday 9/23 at 12 pm to get a peek at some of the fun things they have planned for the rest of the semester and make some new friends! Meet international students, have a chance to experience a different culture, and mingle with students who have study abroad experience.
Interview with an International Student
Learn more about David Hall, an international student currently attending Sonoma State all the way from Leeds. See what he misses about home, his favorite things about being a Seawolf, and his big plans for seeing California.
National Student Exchange Fair
Hoping to study away in the United States or Canada for Spring 2022? Check out the National Student Exchange program! NSE has opportunities to spend a summer, semester, or year checking out a new school while still enjoying the ability to use your SSU financial aid. Check out their website as soon as possible as each school has a unique application deadline. You can also find pre-recorded information sessions that cover a variety of topics like universities in specific regions of the US and Canada, Beach/Island campuses, Big Sports Schools, and City Campuses! EM-Normandie Direct Study Abroad Deadline: October 1st

Are you a Business Major interested in studying abroad? Consider EM-Normandie! This is a direct exchange program with Sonoma State, meaning you will be able to pay SSU tuition and use your financial aid while abroad. EM-Normandie is one of the top business schools in the world and through EM Normandie you can apply to study in France, Ireland, or England! The application deadline is approaching quickly so apply while you can! Drop into GEO Peer Advising to review your application or reach out to hope.ortiz@sonoma.edu for more information.

If you’re interested in going to Japan, France, or the UK, make sure to check out the website for more information on upcoming application deadlines.
