Explore Scandinavia through an unforgettable mix of academics, culture, and hands-on experiences. Attend the Stockholm Criminology Symposium and engage with Swedish experts on crime prevention, restorative justice, and legal ethics. Visit prestigious universities and learn how Sweden’s policies on equality, social welfare, and community shape both local and global perspectives.
Experience the highlights of Stockholm, Malmö, and Copenhagen: stroll through Gamla Stan’s cobblestone streets, tour the Royal Palace, explore the Vasa Museum and Skansen Open-Air Museum, and step back in time at Malmöhus Castle. Enjoy authentic Swedish cuisine, cozy fika breaks with cinnamon buns and coffee, and a scenic archipelago cruise. Discover Malmö’s sustainable urban life, visit Malmö FF’s stadium and museum, and spend a day in Copenhagen exploring canals, colorful neighborhoods, and vibrant street markets.

CCJS students will need to pay conference fee to attend symposium. More info to come.
Ground expenses include:
- Housing throughout the program (shared rooms)
- Transportation throughout the program
- Any required on-site fees and cultural events
- Breakfast each day, two dinners, and a fika break
What is not included: Round-trip flight, additional meals not included in the program, and personal expenses.
