SSU Study Abroad Scholarship Deadline

Apply to earn $1,325 in scholarships to study abroad! Two students will be selected, studying in a French or German-speaking location, with an emphasis on language learning, is preferred for this scholarship.

Extended Application Deadlines

Deadlines have been extended for the University of Liverpool, the University of the West of Scotland, and Niigata University.


USAC Highlight: Heredia, Costa Rica

The Heredia program in Costa Rica offers students an immersive cultural and academic experience in a peaceful, nature-rich city known for its beautiful gardens and easy access to San José. Academically, students can choose from courses in Spanish Language, Latin American Studies, Ecological Studies, and Health and Sport Sciences, with the Spanish program allowing up to two years of coursework to be completed in a single semester. Beyond the classroom, the program enriches learning through cultural events, village festivals, and field trips to destinations like the rainforest, Caribbean and Pacific coasts, and national parks, making everyday life itself an educational experience.
