Coffee and Culture Recap
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the first Coffee & Culture of the year! We had a great time, enjoying some sweet Australian treats, Tim Tams, and music! IEEC loved having the chance to chat with everybody who showed up to hang out with us. Be sure to check out Coffee & Culture next Thursday!

Our Global Ambassadors will be at the Academic Success Fair, so please come check us out! If you are interested in studying away we would love to see you there! We would be happy to answer any questions you might have!
IEEC Goes to: Russian River, sign up by September 13!
IEEC is going tubing down the Russian River! So, be sure to sign up by the September 13 deadline to have your spot saved. Tickets cost $25, which includes a raft, snacks, rides, and parking. Stop by the Global Engagement Office in IH 107 for more info and please sign up here.
Upcoming Deadlines: CSUIP (9/15) & Fulbright (9/15)
We have some very exciting deadlines coming up so please make sure to sign yourself up if you want to participate! The CSUIP deadline for both the Calendar Year and the Spring Semester is on September 15th! The Fulbright Grant Deadline is also on September 15th, so make sure your applications are in!
Returnee Workshop
Thursday, Sept. 12th from 12-1PM at the International Hall 107
Our Returnee Workshop is this week so please drop on by, we will be talking about some interesting programs and opportunities! Information will be shared about making the smoothest transition back into your life in the US. There will be some fun opportunities to win prizes, so come check us out!
Program Highlight: CSUIP
Ever wanted to study abroad? CSUIP offers many opportunities to students of all majors. With Programs around the world, the right program is waiting for you! Studying abroad is a great way to gain unique experience, as well as to learn about other cultures around the world. The deadline to apply for the calendar year, as well as the Spring Semester is September 15th, so if this is of interest, make sure to get your applications in! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to our office or to Hope directly. Don’t worry if this is too soon for you, there is always the Fall semester as well as the Academic year!
SSU Event of the Week: Associated Students Productions Presents: Axe Throwing
Tuesday, Sept. 10th from 4-7PM at Parking Lot D
The Associated Students Productions presents axe throwing this Tuesday for all students! Make sure to bring your student ID and some closed-toed shoes to join in on the fun! There will be music and some more fun lawn games for everyone to enjoy!
