The North American Language and Culture Assistants Program (NALCAP) is an outstanding program that provides American and Canadian college students and graduates, who are native-like speakers of English to partner with elementary and secondary schools in Spain to strengthen language programs as Teaching Assistants under the supervision and guidance of teachers in English or French as a foreign language.
Placements are offered all across Spain running from October 1st to May 31st for most assignments. NALCAP recipients receive a monthly stipend of 700 to 1000 euros depending on the assigned region. Hours of assistant teaching can range from 12 to 16 hours per week also depending on where the assigned region is.

The preferred deadline is just around the corner! If your application is submitted by this deadline, there will be a $25 application fee discount!
California State University, International Programs (CSU IP)
Priority Deadline: Monday, February 15th
The CSU IP priority deadline is also near! The deadline for most CSU IP applications is February 15. Applying by this deadline provides students with their best chance to be accepted to competitive locations! Make sure to submit all content by this date!
